At Harda Ayurved, we aim to provide the best Ayurvedic products and services. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy (Consultation & Herbal Treatments)
All consultation fees and personalized Ayurvedic treatments are non-refundable once the service has started.
2. Product Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The request must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
3. Conditions for Return
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened herbal medicines, used products, and customized treatment kits are not eligible for return.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
